The Service Team were Excellent, especially in such difficult times where it was necessary to improvise getting the service and the paperwork done without compromising or risking anyone's health. They did a great job! I had only one problem. I had received an email earlier inviting me to consider buying a new vehicle. I was not happy with this email because it also said that my warranty would expire in 4 months. The vehicle had only done 11,500 miles. A finance person came out to discuss the issue with me at a respectable distance but I found him to be very rude - he told me that this was industry practice which , if it is true, I am very unhappy about. How can a warranty expire after such low mileage? Anyway he simply threw the email into the trash bin and walked off. He spoiled my day.

Hands down the best car buying experience of my life. The majority of the deal was accomplished over the phone and the sales manager was quick in responding and extremely knowledgeable about the traverse. When I called Monica answered and listened carefully to my description of the problem. Then she and I discussed the options. Monica arranged for Francois to bring the car in on the tow truck and called 15 minutes before he was due to arrive. About an hour after the car was taken, Todd called and told me a new battery was needed and what the cost would be. I approved the work and requested they do a review of the car to make sure everything else was in good shape. Within two hours Monica called to say the work was finished and I arranged to pay the charges. In the early afternoon my car was returned and was running beautifully. All this was done maintaining social safe practices. It was very reassuring to know I could call and have things taken care of so efficiently. THANK YOU!
