I came to have a few things checked on my Chevrolet Volt. 45k service. In discussion on an oil change, it’s know the Volt is very simple and takes very little time. A previous oil change at another dealership cost $19. Why was I quoted $60 at this dealership for the same work? I declined. My charge cord is having connection issues. Not every time will it engage. I had this dealership check the cord. They plugged it in. They charged me $20 to “diagnose”. They literally plugged it in the wall, it worked, then unplugged it. I get home, plug it in, it doesn’t work. Complete overcharge and they missed the issue. I still have a temporary operational plug. I was not happy with the level of care that was provided.

Lamoille Valley Chevrolet is a clean, comfortable environment dedicated to catering to children, adults--and dogs! The crew at Lamoille Valley Chevrolet were friendly, helpful, and sealed the deal in a reasonable amount of time. It is evident that they aspire to satisfy their customers. My sales associate, John Bruneau, was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He did not push yet demonstrated that he wanted and appreciated my business. His expertise in his field and professionalism were greatly appreciated and made the experience of car shopping enjoyable. I shopped around before deciding on a purchase and found that Lamoille Valley Chevrolet holds up to their advertisement--they do "make deals the other guys won't!" I highly recommend Lamoille Valley Chevrolet and thank them for making car shopping exactly what it should be--fun and enjoyable!
Individuals do their job. We can not complain about each person's hard work. You are not asking about the vehicle and our satisfaction. That absence of such inquiry makes this survey rather hollow. PRO: Nice comfortable ride with good gas mileage CON: too many..... A year old Traverse needed a tie-rod? Really? The passenger seatbelt still does not work properly since new. The radio still does not project in the rear properly since new. (and spent over 6 weeks at this dealership with several parts changes before we were instructed that nothing was wrong with it). The heating system blows A/C cold on your feet while blowing heat in your face since new. The dashboard infrequently blacks out while driving for a long time now. The radio 'seized up' recently and one has to stop, shutoff the car,and restart to recover the radio. The radio is changing from internet app to FM radio by itself recently.... And I probably missed a few other irritations... So, I ask you, if you were to receive a survey asking about recent service with a year long list of unresolved complaints, how would your reply? Are we really being unreasonable?? Help us get this car perfect or replaced and we will give a glowing report!! Thank youi
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We're glad to know that your recent experience with our staff was pleasant. We greatly appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you again next time. Take care!
