    Everything o have a service done the staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting location is great too as the Wi-Fi lets me work while I wait 😃

    They put in a defective bed liner. That never looked at it before putting it in. My radio is still messed up. Not very happy

    These parts were great - replaced brakes was primary then found leaking engine oil cooler lines so I agreed to replace and found battery weak and it being winter I agreed to replace and they lubed one of my doors for free which was much appreciated. The only trouble was they topped off my windshield washer fluid. While this was well-meaning courtesy, I have had trouble with their fluid not being low temperature rated to prevent icing. Therefore I use my own -30F fluid. It just caught me off guard. Overall great service and Thank You LVC.

    had for 4 tires off my old car and had them put on my new car. left the dealership at 4:45 p.m. and got home at 5:45 pm, went to bed 8:30 pm got up at 2:00 am went to work got a call at 10:00 am to fill this survey at that i got at 8:00 am and the email that i use is on my laptop home. My point is the experience at the dealership great but give people a chance to fill this survey out instead of calling people to hurry up and survey, i was not even home when i got it.
