The service was great

i had an issue with my Malibu LT shift to park i knew what the issue was after contacting GM but a diagnostic test was still run on the car at my expense when it was a known issue from GM yes the car is out of warrantee but had been replaced once before

Chris was great was knowledgeable and very attentive seamed genuine in getting us in the car we wanted

Disappointed in the level of service and games that were played. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dealer in over 30 years. Spiteful and unhelpful service department. Still have not called back two months later about a warranty claim. Angus should be fired for his level of incompetence. Very disappointed. Will not go back.
