I made my appointment online and even called to confirm ahead of time. When I arrived, the dealership did not have me in their system, but Charlie still fit me in. They took care of 2 recalls I was not aware of and let me know of other improvements my truck needed before doing them. Very professional just wish I lived a little closer.

I scheduled my appointment with the MyChevrolt app on my phone. I was surprised to arrive at the dealer and learn that had no record of my appointment. Since I was only looking for an oil change the service representative took great care of me.

I was disappointed to find that my tires did not get rotated but also that I had to pay $89 for a state inspection even though I have only owned my new truck since February.

Took months to get an exhaust. Arranged for an interior detail overnight. Arranged for loner. When I returned, it wasn't. done..again...despoite months. I was the LEAST valued pop all your customers. Clearly other cars were detailed over night, but I was considered the very least valuable of all your customers. Just inexcusable. I've bought or leased cars form you for 30 years and am a great ambassador of your services. I come to you because of the. service. you really let me down. They were going to arrange the pick up the car and have it detailed as a solution, but never heard from them.
